Self – taught artist graduated from The Open University in 2022 gaining a BA(hons) Design and Innovation with Art History. Through work, often experiment with different artistic styles, techniques and mediums. The main source of inspiration is taken from my own surroundings from which try to emphasize and provide a visual representation and discovering the connection between human beings and nature`s visible and invisible powers and forces. The characteristic features of the artwork are a use of vibrant vivid colours and creating repetitive patterns of textures and shapes. By adding extra texture to the main surface of the canvas or paper tried to bring the artwork closer to the viewer and create a visual space, where artwork and the audience can merge.
Petra is member of the Visual Artist Association since 2022.
